One-Station Doypack Filling & Sealing Machine
The “Fill-n-seal” packaging machine performs multiple tasks to prepare a package for filling. It grabs an empty packet from a bag magazine, opens it, fills it with the desired product, embosses the date, and seals the pouch.
It has an optional orientation feature that can position and feed spouts to the sealing area and seal the spout onto the pouch.
This machine is equipped with parts that allow it to work with packets of different sizes and types of bags. As a result, it can meet most premade packet doypack filling and sealing needs.
